"Some sentimental things of mine were mistakingly donated. Today I explained the situation to the staff and thought there would be a little empathy but I was told I would have to buy it all back at full price. I could only afford a $30 jug of mine and had to leave the rest there. I have donated and bought from this store for many years and feel very disappointed. "
"Really friendly staff, but most of the stuff in there is so expensive. Books are usually half price but when they're not they're pretty pricey. Also not a wide selection of DVDs or books either, CD's are pretty messy. Clothes are pricey, you'd find it's cheaper at kmart. That's not to say it's a bad shop. Sometimes you'll find some really good stuff in there. Just not often. You're better off going to Salvos at Palm Beach "
