"Should be zero. St. A. Evolve has a no returns policy. For that reason I went today to ask a lady that if I bought a DVD player, took it home to find out it was broken; could I bring it straight back in. Still no returns, but the lady assured me that when they had a TV in the shop that player was playing a DVD fine. So I trusted that & bought the player, Didn't work_ just screeched & wouldn't upload dvd content. $10 is cheap if you luck out & get the rare working item; but people looking for used items are doing so because they can't afford new_ so $10 is an awful lot for them to lose for Nothing! I didn't expect to be lied to or taken for a ride though; I wouldnt have bought it had I not been. Sad day for so-called charity work. "
