"Items at this store are extremely over-priced. Most of the staff are elitist and condescending. I think that they forget that an op shop is supposed to help the community, not price-gouge them. They have also removed all of their kids' clothing and toys. Shop elsewhere. Bairnsdale has plenty of other FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, QUALITY and REASONABLY PRICED op shops to choose from."
