"Hi, I have been a loyal customer at your store. I appreciate the good deed that you guys do, helping unfortunate people and community. Recently, I purchased a pair of shoes, which costs 15$, from your store on the 15 of Feb, 2017. After 20 minutes of wearing the shoes, the sole fell off. I came back on the following day (16/4) to ask for a partial refund. However, one of the staff told me that the shoes look like it only costs 5$. I'm quite upset, not because of the quality of the shoes, but because of how it felt like the value of the product isn't equal to its cost. As a customer and a member of the community, I would like to purchase more products from your store, to support poor people around the world.
