"I purchased a set of drawers and two side drawer sets. When I paid for the drawers the knobs were present. After delivery I noticed 3 were missing. I called the store and was told "nope, I don't see any knobs here." I have tried email contact , but that is not as easy as it sounds. This store is quite happy to take peoples donated goods and put exorbitant prices on them. They are not responsible when it comes to customer service. Once they have your money, they don't care. "

"After paying $25 for an item that didn't work and deciding to keep it without complaint the man that appeared to be the manager had the gaul to complain about a digital radio I donated the following day amongst other things. He thought it wasn't working because he couldn't pick up any stations but it was either just a case of rescanning or bad reception but it was definitely working with one minor fault which I pointed out. "
