"...I was so quickly...reminded why....l despise being in that shop....today...after the manager rocked up...&...made her presence felt...other than placing my... brand new lap top & my other shopping...upstairs...to be priced. &...placed on the shop floor... she ran to retrieve the goods. . &.. when she came downstairs...with my bag ..she bent over.. to me...as l was sitting on the floor....looking a children's books...when she said to me...in a less than loud voice...as she normally speaks...that she thought that l had been in the shop...for enough time now...that l should Pak my goods up...take them to the counter...pay... &...leave....despite the fact...she wouldn't have know how long l had been...as she was not...at work... when l entered the shop...&...despite the fact...that there was 'NO' customers...waiting outside . to enter...the shop. other than... the last time l was in the shop...about 8 mths earlier... have l ....ever been treated...in such a ....poor...pathetic...non humane...patronising manner... I strongly suggest....that the Rotary club president... of Box Hill. ...conduct a performance based review...upon the manager...give her the arse...&...employ a person ..whom is a people's person...&...whom beholds...a heart.. l have worked for DHS for over....20 yrs...&...never have l ....had the misfortune...to deal with such...a witch!..."
