"Overpriced , prices getting higher ! You can pick up a bargain now and again but you can do shopping at sales and getting brand new with tags. I’ve seen items here priced higher than what you would pay at a retail shop. Staff that do pricing have no idea . It’s as though they just take a guess ! All items are donated so it’s 100% profit , why are they pricing so high for mist of which is poor quality second hand goods ?"
"I have been shopping at this location for a few years and have noticed the prices getting higher and higher, and sometimes for subpar quality. I have also found glassware items priced the same as Kmart. I understand they help support diabetes, however what about helping those in the community with fair pricing. A lot of people shop secondhand because retail prices are too high, but Savers gets these items for free and still overcharges."
"I've found some real gems in this store, but other times I have come out empty handed. There is A LOT to browse through, and a big selection of books, jewellery and knick knacks too. Turnover seems fairly slow, it's not a store I would visit regularly."

"Not cheap but a wide range of clothes and shoes arranged in sizes ( my pet hate is op shops that arrange clothes in colour regardless of size!) Usually average brands (Millers, Target etc.) Prices are on the steep side but there is such a wide selection of goods - including some furniture - that it's worth a look. "
"Over-priced but quality of items sometimes quite poor. But then again, if you like a hunt, this is the shop for you because sometimes you'll find a bargain. Books area is excellent, person who works in that area knows their stuff. Absolutely no complaints about customer service! "
